Return & Refund Policy

At Oskar TCG, we value your satisfaction and aim to be as transparent as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our return and refund process.

1. EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, in original condition, and sealed (if applicable).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To start a return:

Please email oskartcg.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Returns Outside the EU

We do not accept returns from customers outside the EU. All sales are final once shipped.

3. Preorders

Preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable for customers outside the EU.

For EU customers, preorder cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on product availability, distribution factors, and timing. Please understand that preorder logistics are complex, and we cannot guarantee changes after an order is confirmed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, packs)

  • Singles and collectible cards

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Gift cards or store credit

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment platform

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, it may take time before the refund is posted
